Is there a minimum order?
We do not set a fixed threshold. For small orders we agree together on a delivery frequency that stays efficient for both sides.
How long does delivery take?
Products in stock arrive within 24 to 48 working hours in most towns. For equipment and made-to-order products, the lead time is confirmed in the quote.
Can I order products from different categories in the same request?
Yes. One request can hold products from completely different categories, and both the delivery and the invoice are centralised.
How is payment handled?
By bank transfer, against the invoice. For clients under contract we agree a payment term and issue one central monthly invoice.
