Through the quote request form: first and last name, company name, email address, optionally the phone number, the category of interest and the details of your request. Technically, we collect the IP address and the time of sending, strictly to prevent abuse.

2. Why we process it

• To answer your request and send you a quote — basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To prevent abuse of the form — basis: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

3. How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for 24 months from the last contact, if no contract is signed. If you become a client, the data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship plus the legal archiving periods.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent data. It can be accessed, strictly in order to provide our services, by: the hosting provider, the email service provider and, where relevant, the suppliers involved in fulfilling your order. All of them are bound by contract to confidentiality.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. You can exercise them by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. You have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority.
