This site is operated by Senovy Cris S.R.L., VAT number RO32536083, registered with the Trade Register under no. J35/2976/2013, with its registered office in Timișoara, Str. Diaconu Coresi nr. 37, room 1, Timiș County, Romania (hereinafter "SupplyOne").

1. Scope of the services

SupplyOne provides companies with centralised supply services: identifying the products, sourcing, purchasing, consolidating the orders and delivery, across the categories presented on this site.

2. Use of the site

The site is presentational. The information about products and services does not constitute a binding offer. Any collaboration is established through a written quote and a contract.

3. Quote requests

By sending the quote request form you provide us with the contact details needed to answer you. Neither party is under any obligation until a contract is signed.

4. Prices and invoicing

Prices are set individually, based on volume and on the categories requested. One single invoice is issued for each consolidated order.

5. Intellectual property

The SupplyOne name, the logo, the texts and the images on this site belong to the operator. The trademarks of third-party companies mentioned belong to their rightful owners.

6. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site correct and up to date, but we are not liable for any errors or for the temporary unavailability of the site.

7. Dispute resolution

Complaints can be sent to office@supplyone.ro. Consumers may address ANPC, the Romanian consumer protection authority, or use the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL).

8. Governing law

These conditions are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts at the operator registered office.
